Angela was an incredible realtor in every respect. We were looking for places in Gainesville while we were out of town, which made things especially complicated. But Angela was extremely responsive, often going to check out properties for us that we had found online, and suggesting places that met our criteria. We had a great experience with Rabell thanks to Angela Doughty and Trey Anderson who worked as a team to help us find an investment property in Gainesville. They were very informative about the various neighborhoods and were both extremely patient when it came to showing us houses. Trey ended up taking over and was so positive and persistent during the entire process. She was great in providing local sources for the inspection process and for answering all of our questions and for making sure the contractors and inspectors had access to the property during the due diligence period. Rabell Realty is at the top in the field of real estate. You would be hard pressed to find any agency that was better. As a career Marine I moved more than a few times and have bought, sold and rented (both sides) and seen the good and not so good. If you want more than just good Rabell is the place to go. My son and I have completed five transactions with Rabell and we could not be more satisfied. We will certainly use them in any future endeavors.

My most recent involvement with Rabell was purchasing what will likely be my final permanent residence. When I decided to move I had specific requirements in mind, not just with the house but with the property. Finding the right place was not easy and it took while. I don’t know how many properties Kristen Rabell and I looked at and discussed but she never put me on the back burner and kept at it until BOOM, there it was. I have just completed my move and I am loving my new house and property. It is a perfect match.

Kristen Rabell is an experienced professional but she brings much more to the table. She cares about her clients beyond just helping them with their real estate needs. I had a bit of ups and downs with finding houses and offers being rejected/beat by others, but I was eventually able to find my home I purchased with Brandi at Rabell. Brandi was extremely helpful and patient with all questions, which I had a lot of! When our offer was accepted for the new house, my condo hadn't even been listed yet, but Brandi assured me things would go smoothly. We knew that maintenance and staging were key to selling fast. But we equally knew that right pricing, and marketing were even more important. Walking the neighborhood in Gainesville, I often found homes for sale in my area due to signs. I would then go to try and look at them on the national websites and they were no where to be found. We could not be happier with the service we received from Rabell Realty! Rebecca Johnson was incredibly helpful in the process of building and buying our first home. She was always quick to respond and ready to answer questions. Rebecca was always patient with us when we needed more time to make decisions. She took us to various other IHB homes to help us narrow down cabinet and countertop combinations. We both felt that Rebecca was upfront and honest in terms of whether or not certain upgrades were worth the investment. She worked closely with the builder in order to accommodate a few sort of last minute kitchen design changes. We are incredibly pleased with and happy in our new home thanks to Rebecca!

Rebecca was such a fantastic resource for me during the home shopping process! She was always accessible and available, very flexible in meeting me to schedule showings around my work and school schedules, and was always sending me new listings that she thought I'd be interested in. She was so persistent in helping me find the right place! Once I went under contract, she was patient, answering all of my questions, helping me with my inspections and following up on my behalf with my lendors and the seller's realtor. She and her colleagues are so friendly, supportive and encouraging, I always felt like I had an entire team in my corner! She really made this process as easy and enjoyable as possible.

I give Rabell a 15 out of 10 rating. Kristin was wonderful to work with and she really knows her market. I was very impressed that she had our property professional photographed and truly did it justice. She was always prompt to return my phone calls and gave me excellent advise to which offers to consider. I do not know the Gainesville market and relied on her expertise. If you are looking for a realtor that knows the market, does her job and is always available, Kristin Rabell is the person to use.

Kristen and Rebecca are a superb team and the perfect example of the benefits of working with two full time realtors, instead of just one, when selling real estate in the current market; the way they work so well together was much appreciated if one was out of town, at another appointment, etc. With their years of experience in the Gainesville area, they are also a good resource for "whom to call for what" related to home repairs, real estate legal questions, etc. Their professionalism, promptness, and especially willingness to go the extra mile put them at the top of my list.
