Becky was fantastic to work with! She was very responsive from day one, even when it was just to discuss the idea of selling our home. Over time, she worked with us closely and walked us through step-by-step on the process and what needed to be done. Becky was quick to get any houses scheduled that we were interested in touring and was always looking out for new ones coming on the market. Becky's knowledge of the area was untouchable. Overall, she surpassed our expectations with how fast we were able to find another house in an insane market, how fast ours was on the market and under contract and getting us over asking price! We would definitely have Becky be our realtor if we ever moved again!

Haven’t had many experiences with realtors, but I’d have to say that the process of selling a home at the same time as buying one went incredibly smooth with Becky Lerman. She kept in touch in a timely fashion, incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to make sure it was not stressful for my wife and myself. If I ever plan to move again I will be sure to have her be my realtor because the experience with her was beyond expectations.
