I’m gonna start off by saying searching for a home is not easy at all especially when you have a family of 3. So many things go through your mind like is the city, neighborhood, safe and right fit for my family. With that being said Rebecca Martinez was the absolute best Realtor to help with the process. The best experience I could ever have imagined. Rebecca was amazing throughout the entire process. I lived in my home for over 30 years and selling was one of the most difficult things I've ever done. I loved my home but promised my mother before she died I would take care of my sister in her home. So I kept my word and sold. Rebecca knew how difficult and emotional this was for me and went above and beyond. Honestly I'm still amazed how simple she made it. She explained the entire process before I even signed an agreement. She also went through my home and gave pointers on what would help to get me the best price possible. We received multiple offers immediately due to all the advertising and preparation she had done. I remember her going over each offer and sadly I actually was rude to her. Somehow distinctively she knew I was just overwhelmed with the reality my home wouldn't be my home anymore. She explained every offer and at helped me see this was the best thing for my family and I. Giving me a great financial future. I miss my home. But I can say knowing the new owners truly love it helps so much. I'm just so thankful I was smart enough to have Rebecca as my realtor. She's not only honest. She actually cares. That's why I'm taking the time to write this review as I normally wouldn't. It's my small way to show her how grateful I am and hopefully you will feel more at ease to move forward with her. She's the best.
