Rebecca Ponte is a queen and fairy godmother all rolled up in one. Health and family leading their own lives gave us the incentive to downsize from 5,100 sf to 2.400 sf. A daunting task for anyone. Rebecca ushered us through the sale of our home and with the current shortage in housing inventory found us to what we hope is a new forever home. She has dealt with obstinate out of state realtor buyers and out of state investor sellers with our best interests in mind. We were always first. She brought in materials for packing then started to work. There was always lunch if we wanted, treats for the dog and most of all MORAL SUPPORT. I love the lady, her work ethic (24/7) and as much her professionalism and quality service.
