Came to Rebecca after a local real estate agent didnt want to work with us for using a out of town lender. She was amazing and definitely someone who was in our corner! She went above and beyond with negotiations and making sure our house passed an fha appraisal. She made buying while out of state feel personal and gave me confidence while buying 1000+ miles away. She even helped us find new friends for when we moved to the new community! We will be calling her again to sell, or buy our next house. We love her so much and thank God for putting her in our lives❤

Rebecca is the BEST! Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Rebecca! I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house! As sellers and buyers, we were guided the whole way through this essential process with such care and professionalism. She kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continues to follow up with us. I can't thank her enough. She is all about integrity and excellence.

When selling, we received multiple interested buyers the first week our house was listed--thanks in large part to Rebecca's incredible work. Rebecca brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online and right away provided an open house showing, which brought in serious buyers. She suggested tips to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Rebecca was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She is so responsive and is the sweetest person! Great experience!

It is hard to put into words how exceptional Rebecca is but I will do my best…

For starters, I’ve always wanted to get my real estate license to ease the burden of the process for myself and my family but now she has me thinking why? Why when she makes it so efficient and easy do I even need to go through that process. Also it is her career and needless to say she is a Jedi, I mean the force is strong in this one. What is the number one thing you want from a realtor? To make things happen! And that would describe exactly what Rebecca does. Hard not to wonder if she has 40 hands with how adept she is at her profession.

She has mastered: professionalism, diplomacy, & putting her clientele first. I have no doubt she will be in business for a long time.

Not only has she helped me and my family but she has helped my sister, a single mother of four.

If you have ever sold or purchased a home you will know that this can be a trying experience at times.
