Reena helped us sell our home in 3 days at above asking price! She made recommendations and then staged our home that looked like a model house which contributed to a quick sale and multiple offers. She is very passionate when it comes to her trade and you will have a hard time finding someone with the same level of enthusiasm as she does. Reena is excellent as a realtor. She was very informative from beginning. She brought in, insight about the market conditions before market started to shift. She planned the fixing/upgrade, cleaning and photographing and putting house on the market on specific date very well. She had planned to get offer within a week and she exceeded her own projection and got the offer on first day. Even in buyers market, she managed to get above asking offer for my property. She was always available to answer any questions I had and personally stayed on top of all the work getting done. I recommend her with confidence to anyone who wants to sell/buy.
