Regan Butler

Regan Butler’s passion for real estate comes naturally. Looking up to her great grand-mother, one of the first female brokers who started her own real estate firm, as well as, working for her parents’ investment real estate brokerage and property management company, she has been immersed in the industry since birth. In 2012, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Johnson & Wales University Charlotte. After college, she moved to Key West to start a position as a real estate assistant and property manager while she obtained her sales associate license. Within three years, she rose to become manager of the vacation rental and property management division at Truman & Co. This experience gave her extensive knowledge of the vacation rental market and how to identify successful investment properties. In 2019, she left rentals to focus exclusively on real estate sales. Whether helping customers purchase for the first time, locating a successful investment property or finding their dream vacation home, she is devoted to providing exceptional service and professionalism with each transaction.
