Regina Acosta Tobin is a top-selling, full-time Realtor of more than 16 years helping home buyers and sellers negotiate transactions. She is also the BROKER/OWNER of METRO VILLAGE REALTY. She has earned numerous awards and distinctions, many of which are listed below. While her office is in the German Village area, she routinely works with clients throughout the metro Columbus including downtown, the Victorian Village area, Grandview Heights, Clintonville and parts beyond. Originally from Puerto Rico, she has lived in Louisiana, Texas, California, Utah, South Carolina and now Ohio. Because of her own relocation experiences, she is especially sensitive to the needs of her relocation clients. She currently lives in the heart of German Village with her husband, Jeff, their dogs, Oscar and Rico, and their cat, Mama. Fluent in Spanish and English, she graduated from the University of Texas (go Longhorns!) with a B.S. in Bilingual Education. She was an elementary school teacher for several years in Austin and Los Angeles. She also received her M.A. in Counseling from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and was a school counselor for 4 years. She has served on multiple committees with the Columbus Realtor’s association, was previously president of the Independent Brokers Association and Midtown Area Real Estate Association, and she is a fierce advocate for responsible development in Columbus. When not working with home buyers and sellers, you will likely find her tutoring students at Stewart St. School in German Village and volunteering for the German Village Society. And whenever she has spare time (which isn’t often), her hobbies include travel, working out and staying up on the latest films.
