She works to find the best buyers and weeds out bad Apples who are looking to lowball and just buy and flip properties who are basically the used car sales people of the real estate market now a days. Regina did a fantastic job in helping my husband and I find our forever home! Regina was knowledgeable in the area we wanted to purchase (LA/OC county). We have worked with various realtors over the years, but no one has compared to Regina. She is hands down the best realtor we've ever worked with, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and hard-working. She knows her stuff. She communicates effectively and instills confidence. She kept us fully informed every step of the way. We accepted all the advice she gave us, and as a result, the house sold quickly for well over the asking price, and escrow closed just 2 weeks later. Regina amazed me with her professionalism, care and concern for our needs & questions, her follow-up and gentle reminders when online documents needed our signatures. Always providing information we needed (even when we didn't know we need it).
House had been a rental for a couple of years so she also communicated with the rental agent to insure that process moved forward appropriately.
She exceeded my expectations with her caring nature and patience with my lack of knowledge. She was on top of the crazy complexity of the process and always a step ahead with information and a plan if we hit a snag.
House had been cared for throughout the seventy plus years (parents bought the house in 1953) however Regina went way beyond expectations by ensuring the house sparkled. She collected 12 offers after the first open house and then made sure we got top dollar.
She kept us informed throughout; including escrow closing and when to expect the buyers money in the bank account.
Regina is my go to if I ever need to sell my home!

My siblings and I recently lost our mother. Regina came all the way from Fullerton to Torrance to help us sell the home that we grew up in. All of our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. The property needed some attention before we could sell. She took control and made sure that we got top dollar. And yes we did. Regina is absolutely amazing. We knew her thru family and after a short chat we knew she was the best realtor for our needs. The condo we sold needed extra work before we could put it up for sale and she helped with excellent suggestions and support. When it went up for sale over 25 people viewed the condo the first week and we got two offers. We accepted one and tho escrow was a little bumpy she was on top of it daily getting all the details in order. Regina is hands down, by far, the absolute best realtor there is! There was no way I would have been able to maintain and/or sell my million plus dollar childhood home while living out of state without her help. Regina was always available to answer the plethora of questions and requests. She kept me up to date with changes, suggestions, ideas, etc. I was kept in the loop at every step in the process. She researched and communicated with contractors that met my needs and were within my budget, and personally oversaw all updates made to the house. She ensured the house looked beautiful and gave me the best options for selling while also providing information about each step of the process. Her level of personalization, time, and care made me feel like "we" were selling "our" childhood home together. I especially appreciated her approach when presenting information regarding offers, buyers, investors, options, etc. She provided honest unbiased suggestions when asked. I always felt knowledgeable and supported when making decisions concerning the sale of the estate. The level of trust that was built is unmatched in most business relationships. I can't imagine a better realtor; I only wish she could manage other affairs in my life.
