Reid Smith

Reid found his passion for Real Estate after first becoming a Real Estate investor. Having over 30 years in management and leadership in various service industries Reid became a realtor in 2013. Reid's passion for leading and serving others is his biggest asset in guiding his clients towards making informed, correct decisions regarding their biggest financial transactions. Reid was Van Eaton & Romero's "Rising Star" in 2014, and he served as the Chairman of the Agent Council while there. He was elected to the Realtor Association of Acadiana's Board of Directors in 2016 and after serving 2 years he was elected to serve as the RAA's Treasurer in 2019. Reid also serves on the statewide Louisiana Realtors Board of Directors. Becoming a Broker was a logical step, and he is excited to serve all of Acadiana as a Broker. In 2021 Reid was elected to the RAA President Elect position and is serving as the RAA President in 2022.
