Mr. Forrest is awesome! We had a great experience with him when we were in the process of buying our first house. It was a crazy time to try and buy a house because it was a sellers market. But we were able to seal the deal at the second listing we wanted. It was unbelievable but he made it happen. I would absolutely refer him to anyone looking into purchasing or selling real estate. Me an my wife prepared for a long battle of bidding wars in this crazy market, especially with not having the financial power on our side. But with the help and guidance from Reilly, he was able to help us secure a home on our 2nd offer. Reilly was very communicable and answered the many questions I had with confidence and answered my phone calls day and night. He even went out of his way to gift us some things we needed for the house once we moved in.
