Reinhard is a graduate of the Real Estate Leadership Academy (REAL), and he is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors. Reinhard has earned the 5 Star Real Estate Agent award 5 years based on customer satisfaction.
Reinhard grew up in a small town in Bavaria, Germany, and he graduated from the University of Bayreuth, Germany with a master’s degree in business. Reinhard worked for over 15 years in marketing and general business management in the electronics industry traveling nationally and internationally; Indianapolis has been his home base since 1992. Reinhard does work a lot of hours and loves it! He spends his spare time with family and friends. His family serves and supports local organizations such as: The Indianapolis Symphony, Marion University, The Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful just to name a few.
His first involvement with real estate happened by accident. In 1996, Reinhard and his wife moved from Carmel to 42nd Street and Broadway. Shortly after they had moved in, he woke up one night (it was past midnight) to loud music that came from a vacant house across the street. An old van was parked in the front yard. He was mad and decided to walk across the street to ask the people to turn down the music. Surprisingly, they turned down the music after he asked them to do so. After this incident, Reinhard and his wife decided to get “involved.” He was able to track down the owner of the house (it was Bank One, before it was bought by Chase) and buy directly from the bank. They decided to bring the home back to life; in this process they held their first ally clean-up over the Easter weekend of 1997. Reinhard and his walked door to door to organize the event and they had over fifty neighbors come out to help that weekend.
They were grateful for the support they received from Keep Indianapolis Beautiful – they provided tools and a 40 Yard dumpster. Later that year they sold the house to Bill and Susan, who still live in it today. Over the years he worked on more houses and ally clean-ups, and he enjoyed getting to know the people. In 2008 he decided to make his passion his full-time career. That is when he became a full-time real estate broker.
Over the past 10 years he has helped clients sell farmland in Westfield and up-scale condominiums in downtown Indianapolis. Reinhard collaborates with buyers, sellers, investors, and clients who want to build their dream home. Reinhard is very enthusiastic about smart design & sustainability; be it renovating older homes or building from the ground up.
