02/13/2017 - andrew8601 Sold a Single Family home in 2016 in Melbourne, FL. We have been trying to sell our house with an empty lot next to it since 2014. We had signed numerous listing contracts with numerous real estate agents and agencies with no serious offer. Around the end of 2015 Ms. Rekha Vyas contacted us to offer her service. We finally decided to sign a 3 month listing contract, although Ms. Rekha wanted it for 6 month but we insisted on the 3 months. To our surprise within the first weeks there were at least 3 to 5 showings a week, sometimes even 2 or 3 a day. Yes before the 3 months is over we had a solid offer and sold our house at a price that is well to our satisfaction. Thank you Ms Rekha Vyas for your hard work and effort. We highly recommend Ms Rekha Vyas to anybody who is going to sell their property.
