I have worked with Renae with the selling and buying of a new home. I was extremely satisfied with the experience in both transactions.
When I was getting ready to sell my home, I would’ve spent a lot more money thinking I needed to have certain things redone or updated in order to list and get the most on my profit. Renae educated me on what was most important and helped me get my home ready in a manner that was budget friendly.
Renae made herself available to me and always did a wonderful job communicating in a timely fashion.
She had 3 offers on my home in a matter of days.

In the end, she also helped me find my perfect home. I cannot say enough about Renae’s expertise in real estate. You will not regret working with her.

We came to know Renae through a referral from a family member when plans were being made for a long distance relocation. Renae worked hard to ensure the purchase and the building of our new home went smoothly. Because of the distance involved we were not able to be nearby during construction.
