Renata has been a full-time licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 1992 and is the Real Estate Advisor to HGTV's Property Brothers NY! Renata has been named to the 2022 Real Trend's America's Best List of Real Estate Professionals, ranking in the top 1.5% in America, is in the very top percentage of sales for Westchester Realtors. She is the #1 Selling Agent in Valhalla, is ranked in the top 5 out of 115+ agents in her office in sales and in the top 15% of over 1,450 Houlihan Lawrence agents.

Renata graduated from Pace University with a B.A. in Marketing and formerly worked as a Human Resources Generalist for a Fortune 200 company. She was raised in NYC and Harrison, lived in White Plains, North White Plains, Valhalla and Greenburgh. Renata has three children: Michael, a Fordham Prep graduate, a graduate of The University of Maryland, currently working in Finance; Jake, a Valhalla HS graduate, who played ice hockey at Framingham State College, graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Purchase and is now a Lieutenant in the White Plains Fire Department; and Sabrina, a Valhalla HS graduate and a graduate of Northeastern University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy working at ONS in Stamford.
Renata also holds the designation of ASP, Accredited Staging Professional! Her expertise in this area offers her sellers another service as part of her marketing plan.
