Rene Hernandez is an absolutely amazing agent! As I was many miles away, he expertly guided me thru the entire process of selling my rental property. He assisted me in preparing the property for sale with repairs and remodeling, tirelessly, going to the site almost daily. He has excellent communication skills, texting or phoning me often with complete updates. He patiently and expertly guided me thru all the paperwork involved in this transaction. Not only is he exemplary in his field, but also as an added bonus: kind, honest and a true gentleman. These attributes all gave me complete trust in his guidance.
