My wife and I started our first-time home search with a buyer’s agent search in late November. Within an hour of finding Rene through a Google search, we sent her an email to set up an interview. She responded within minutes - on a Sunday! After our interview, we chose to hire her. That first experience turned out to be the rule as Rene was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. We are now about a week from closing on our first house, and Rene has been a wonderful guide and advocate for us. This includes explaining all documents item by item in an easy to understand way and always being available for any questions we might have. This is so valuable for first time home buyers! Rene is a very responsive, patient and experienced agent. Whenever I had a question, she was always there to give an answer or find out the answer for me right away. Even during her vacation, she was still on call all the time to ensure the process goes smoothly. Not many agents are willing or capable of doing that! She also had her husband to answer questions and look out for my loan, that helped a lot too!
House hunting in this current market can be very stressful, but Rene and her husband have made the experience much easier for me! I found my dream home in 2.5 weeks and closed it in another 3 weeks! Rene was always there to help me step by step! So glad I found her!!
She is also a very kind and outgoing person, I would love to stay in touch with her as a friend :D

Rene is be far the best you will find! She treats you like family and goes above and beyond until you find that right place for you. Even if it means finding that "need in a haystack" house. As an educator on a tight budget she helped us find one in our budget (not an easy feat). And if you are a first time homebuyer, she will hold your hand and anticipate your questions. She will help you with recommendations for any kind of help you might need if you ask her. And she does not recommend lightly so you know whoever she shares with you they are just as amazing as she is. We used her recommendations for an inspector and he was awesome! Rene Sheridan is the best! Just sold our home for a full-price offer; this is the third time she has helped us buy or sell a home, and we were really happy to work with her again. Rene is an outstanding realtor, knowledgeable about the psychology of sales as well as the nitty-gritty of contract details. She is a consummate professional who is really tuned in to details and has great follow through. She has excellent contacts and makes use of them for our benefit in creating an outstanding listing, arranging for title insurance, and meeting various contract requirements. This particular sale was extra stressful for us as we were moving to a different state in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
