Choosing Renee to represent us was the smartest and most important decision we made in selling our home. Maybe there are agents who are as good as she is, but I don't believe there are many who are better. Her pricing analysis turned out to be exactly right. She guided us through some necessary fixes/updates for the house in order to make it sell quicker. Her marketing materials were well done. She was available evenings, weekends, even on a holiday and any other time to answer our questions, provide feedback and respond to buyers' agents.
