Renee Figliozzi

Tanya “Renee” Figliozzi has represented such projects/clients as the Lakeway Regional Medical Center, Security State Bank, and many private owners of retail and office buildings. She opened Real Tree Realty upon selling her Lakeway, Texas real estate company and the completion of the Lakeway Regional Medical Center pad site development. Real Tree focuses on commercial and residential property management.

Renee’s real estate career began in Michigan during her pursuit of an International Business Management degree. After relocating to Texas in 2000, Renee decided to make Real Estate her full time career. She joined Keller Williams of San Antonio and was awarded “Rookie-of-the-Year” in 2001. She also earned her ”Black Belt in Training” for KW University. She moved to Austin in 2006 where she continues to be a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) certified instructor, teaching in the Austin area schools and title companies. She is involved in several committees including the TREC Education committee, Austin Board of REALTORS (ABoR) Education, Grievance, and Broker Committees, and her local Community Center and Parks and Recreation committees.
