Renee and Kevin at Tru Realty have been amazing in helping me find my dream first home in NE Phoenix. Moving all the way from New York posed a lot of challenges, but thankfully closing on a home was not one of them. I thought it would take me months to find the right home, but it only took about two weeks! Which is especially amazing considering the current housing market in the area. I would 100% recommend them to any friends or family and definitely plan to use them again if and when I decide to move to a different house years down the line. Not worried about that right now as they did everything they promised and made sure I purchased a house that I am truly proud to call my home.

If I could give Renee and Kevin at Tru Realty 10 stars I would. We worked with them from out of state to purchase a home in Cave Creek. They have wonderful local knowledge which helps with every aspect of the process. I have purchased a number of properties over the years and have never had such personable, knowledgeable, and hardworking realtors. They are responsive and helpful and interested in not only helping their clients with their real estate goals but maintaining relationships after the sale. They are a wonderful team that I would recommend to anyone without any hesitation!

Would ten stars be an option ?! Kevin and Renee at Tru Realty are awesome! Can't speak highly enough of them! Kevin and Renee found an impossible to find house in a very desirable neighborhood in Cave Creek at a very good price point. We are out of state buyers and they also assisted in the entire transaction and made it very easy and smooth. Kevin and Renee way surpassed expecations in making it so smooth and easy to buy in such a hot sellers market! Renee and Kevin at Tru Realty also referred us to some great mortgage lenders who were also super easy and professional to work with. This was unarguably the easiest and smoothest real estate transaction I have had and I have had many lol. Highly recommend I have already referred several friends and they are super great people! We love our new house in beautiful Cave Creek and are enjoying that beautiful AZ Sunshine!

Finding a house at the top of the market is no easy task but Kevin and Renee made it happen for us! Anytime there was a house we wanted to see Kevin and Renee moved fast as houses were flying off the market. These guys definitely have a passion for what they do and you can tell that they love their job and the services they provide. Greg and I purchased in Lake Havasu and due to Covid were not able to travel to see the property in person or do the transaction (yes, we bought it site unseen :), but with their help, which included driving to the property and face timing we are thrilled to be LH owners. Renee and Kevin were great. I was a first time home buyer and a little nervous about it all. They made the process of getting connected to a really great lender easy. Kevin used his prior contractor experience to walk through the home and the inspection report with me helping me to really understand all the important details.
