Renee truly is a ONE of a kind realtor. She loves what she does and it brings her joy in helping others find their dream home. Renee was our listing agent for our home and she was the RIGHT person for the job! She jumped right in to find a buyer. We appreciated how she was responsive and upfront about everything and didn’t mind answering questions no matter what time of day.
We also asked her to help us find our forever home! We knew the general area we wanted to live and had certain criteria to be met before we would even look at a house. Renee came thru for us, helping us find our dream home. We are so thankful she truly loves her job.

If I could give Renee ten stars, I would—five just doesn't seem like enough! From the moment we found our dream home and thought, hey, let's do this thing.... she was stellar.

Selling a home and buying another at the same time with a husband who thought it couldn't happen? Sounds like a stress-filled circus act, right? But with Renee at the helm, it was smooth sailing!

She handled every detail with grace and the kind of expertise that only comes from truly loving what you do. She navigated every twist and turn like a pro, kept us laughing when we wanted to stress cry, and somehow made sure we never felt overwhelmed. Renee is equal parts fierce negotiator, trusted advisor, and therapist (because, let’s be honest, moving is emotional).

Most importantly, she made us feel like we were her only clients, even though we know she’s in high demand. She answered every question (even the silly ones) with patience, fought for our best interests, and never let us settle for less than perfect.

Renee is our hero Be wise about your agent. We first listed our home with an agent that was a seller only,(who knew?). So, he NEVER brought buyers, we were I'll advised on many things, we got 3 horrible offers, and we're advised to take them, each one fell through, one inspection broke items and left the house a mess. We were stuck for 6 months no sale! Renee Perry came in like a white knight.🙂 advised us exactly what to do to sell our home. Then she staged it, she listed it, and she sold it quickly! It’s no secret that there are a ton of people claiming to be realtors. The real key question is “Are they any good at being a realtor?” Unfortunately you can’t always tell until it’s too late. Luckily, fate was smiling on us when we ran into Renee. From the moment we met her, we liked her… did I forget to mention she was the seller’s realtor at the time! She was so impressive that went it came time to sell the house, it wasn’t even a question for my wife and I… it was Renee 1000%.

So what makes Renee special? Well, there are a number of things, but here are just 5:

(1) She’s very smart! - Renee knows the industry like the back of her hand…

(2) She’s honest! - She will not tell you things just to appease you. Renee speaks the truth regardless if you want to accept it or not. And if you want to Ben successful…. Listen to what she has to say.

(3) She has the right amount of aggressiveness - Renee works hard for you and she comes at the job with the right balance of calm and a get-it-done attitude that brings results quickly. She seems to run on an ABC philosophy… Always Be Closing.

(4) She’s communicative - While you are certainly not her only client, she is quick to respond… even if that is to tell you she has to talk to you later.

(5) She’s patient - I know that I am a type A personality… and Renee understood that right away. She let me know what to expect from her, and she met me where I needed her too from a transactional perspective. And when we got a little too impatient, she kindly guided us back to where we needed to be.

At the end of the day, Renee is a realtor’s realtor. She gets the job done with speed, finesse and class. She’s the kind of realtor that you can easily refer to your friends and family without worrying or second-guessing yourself. She’s what is commonly known as a consummate professional.

I will never use anyone else. We found Renee when we were looking to buy our first home in 2017, after a terrible experience with a realtor whose only concern was getting the sale.
