Renee is simply a blessing.

My father passed in April of 2020. I had intentions of cleaning out, fixing up, and renting the home. Each step of the way, something went sideways…to the point that the property manager was getting paid to do nothing with the property after two years.

It made me so sad to see my childhood home sit and just be empty. One of my best friends recommended Renee, knowing that I was (and am) still grieving and a little tender about the whole situation.

Renee approached the process with kindness and met me where I was, each and every step of the way. She kept calm and helped me be calm, even through inevitable tears.

I can 100% say as a fact that Renee made selling my childhood home the least painful part of the process of sorting my father’s estate. She got this done in under a month, and above what I wanted to sell it for.

Renee provided excellent service and insight on properties. She was available to assist with all of my questions, walked me through the entire process and listened to my desires and needs for my first house hack property. She was understanding and listened when I was getting frustrated searching for a multi family unit in this difficult market. Renee assured me that the right property would come along and encouraged me to take my time and be patient. After closing she checked in to be sure things were going well for me. Renee handled a lot of things behind the scenes and kept me calm during this process. She is top notch when it comes to customer service and assuring her clients are well informed throughout the process. I have found my realtor for my property investment needs.
