We asked Renee to help in selling a family members house. She made herself available when we asked. Asked us for our timeframe and communicated during that time. Always followed up, so when we were ready she was ready.

Renee listed the house and within 2 hours we had our first offer. We declined that offer. Renee offered us guidance and assistance.

Within 2 weeks after listing, Renee helped schedule several appointments and in a declining market we were offered our full asking price!
