Reshel Hicks was born in Baltimore, Maryland and relocated to sunny South Carolina as a young girl, where she quickly grew a deep love and appreciation for the state she now proudly calls home. Moving from a major city to a small rural town taught her resilience, adaptability, and the importance of building meaningful connections wherever life takes you.
Driven by her belief to “Never stop learning,” Reshel developed a strong work ethic early on and began working at just 16 years old. Her passion for real estate began while working for a local real estate investment company, inspiring her to earn her license through Carolina School of Real Estate & Property Management, LLC. Since then, she has been helping clients confidently navigate the buying and selling process with care, knowledge, and dedication.
