Reveille Schaeffer

Reveille (Rev) has lived nearly all of her life in the southeast valley. Her passions include travel, beach volleyball, hiking, woodworking, the thrill of facilitating & negotiating a win/win deal, and just about anything social. Rev enjoys being involved in the community and finding unique new spots to try out. If you’re looking for new restaurants to try in the Southeast Valley she’s the one to ask!

Rev first obtained her real estate license in 2004 after 12 years in the semiconductor and defense contracting industries, then earned her broker’s license in 2011. Her real estate journey has given her expertise in residential sales for all types of clients - from first-time home buyers to experienced investors. Along with her business partner Jodi, Rev has traveled to Canada several times and held educational seminars for buyers looking to enjoy the sunny and warm Arizona winters. As a proven leader in the real estate community, she’s consulted for other brokerages to help establish systems and compliance processes. She’s also gained experience in short-term rentals, as well as design and construction. She places a high value on continuous learning and holds several real estate designations including CRS, ABR, GRI, e-PRO, RSPS, AHWD, & PSA.

Rev’s lifelong friend Jodi started working with Rev in the real estate industry in 2006. Although it wasn’t part of the plan at the time, that was the real beginning of Arizona Focus Realty, which Rev & Jodi formed in 2011. Rev has a genuine passion for others, as evidenced by the many clients who have turned into longtime friends.
