Reya is a real estate veteran with next to fifteen years of experience in the industry. Her goal is to help others navigate and secure their own real estate dreams. Whether that be advising a traditional buyer, seller, investor or even another real estate agent, Reya is a real go to individual.
Prior to starting a real estate career, Reya graduated high school and college in Georgia. Being a true metro-Atlanta native has always given her clients an edge on area history and neighborhood knowledge.
With a creative background in instruction and marketing, combined with a knack for sales, one successful bulk of Reya's real estate business experience has been in new homes and development. Another has been investors and property management. Working for builders, home inspection companies, and property management companies, she's also expertly familiarized herself with the home building, inspections and landlord process. Investors foreign and domestic can appreciate her frank communication and ability to focus on what matters in the deal and for the portfolio.
But that's not how Reya got started with real estate. After taking a commercial and business brokerage study course that would last several months just after her salesperson licensing, Reya learned the value of advanced real estate education and training as well as skillset enhancement and specialization. She's CDEI certified to teach distance education. She's taught other agents the value of safety through continuing education courses and facilitated numerous professional development webinars and real estate seminars for both homebuyers and fellow real estate agents. Communication is key and by sharing what she knows, her hope is to learn more about her industry in return.
