To the future homeowners,

We highly recommend realtor Rhonda Aflakian for all your house hunting needs. We met her initially at her office where she patiently listened to our requirements including our budgetary limitations in finding our dream home.

Rhonda clearly explained the pros and cons of buying a short sale property when we showed interest in a short sale house that was in the market.Finally when we signed up with a new construction, Rhonda went above and beyond to work with us and the builder until the end of construction which took almost a year. She had many questions for the builder which helped us in planning and decision making in each and every step of the process.She took initiatives in enquiring about club house rules,adding a gate in our backyard fence etc. which we wouldn't have thought about! She handled all the meetings with the builder with ease and made us feel comfortable with the legal aspects of buying a new construction.She also helped us find a Home Inspector who did a wonderful job of getting all the issues fixed by the builder.

Rhonda is a very pleasant and a friendly person who is not only knowledgeable but a fair professional.

I met Rhonda when I was looking for a my house five years ago. She helped me explore my options and showed me houses in my price range. Here is why I recommend her: I called her a few days ago and she called me back , still after five years. This is not unusual for her. I’ve called her several times and she has always called me back and she either has an answer, gives me a warm handoff or she researches.
