I met Rhonda Awrabi in 2016 when I started to contemplate the idea of buying my first house. I had no clue how to start the process and who I can trust. Most of all, how to find a relator that would have my best interest in mind versus making it a personal gain.
Rhonda took the time to hear my concerns, get to know my: wants, desires, and wishes as a home buyer and and as a person.
Throughout my house hunting experience she was amazing and so much more than I ever expected. She was maternal, gave me advice and the support she would give her own children. She helped me overcome every obstacle I faced and most of all she become very dear friend to me.
It is now 2022 and Rhonda is still part of my life and is always available if I have random questions.
When I hear friends or family are looking for a home I have no hesitations recommending her.

Rhonda helped my parents and I find a wonderful home in 2019. We needed to sell my parents' home and purchase a new home for all of us to live in. My parents are older, and we combined homes. The thought of selling a home and then purchasing a home and trying to navigate all the stuff that comes with purchasing and selling a home is a lot. Rhonda made the process so easy, and we trusted her so much. She is wonderful to work with and will definitely go above and beyond to help sell or find you a new home. You definitely need to go with Rhonda as your Realtor!
