Rhonda did an excellent job in the selling of our property in San Jose, CA. We were moving to Texas as well as buying a house in Texas. It came to the point that we left Rhonda Butler in full charge of selling our San Jose property. We moved to TX with complete confidence that she would get the job done because of her previous demonstration of truly working to satisfy us, keeping us at comfort level of “no worries”and getting us the best deal. Rhonda was our realtor for a second home we owned in Tuolumne County. She did a great job of showing our home at the open houses that she orchestrated, and was able to sell it for more then our asking price. She was so courteous and experienced in her job during the selling process. She handled all the paper work with ease, and made the selling process easy.
She did a great job of selling. We definitely would recommend her to anyone selling their home. You can see that cabin below.

I am a first-time home buyer and had no idea where to start. I thank God for having met Ms. Rhonda… she’s truly a good soul. Honest, ethical, knowledgeable and professional. Always responsive! She was flexible with her schedule and really upheld my wants, budget and time in order to meet my needs. She showed me a great verity of homes in my desired location and helped me with long-term securities on my home I didn’t know I needed. She is extremely kind, respectful and industry savvy. Rhonda really cared, looked out for me and I am comfortably living in my new home knowing I got the best product to fit my families future as well as the proper securities on my investment.
