Rhonda Holland REALTOR® has been affiliated with Semonin Realtors since 2014 and in that time, has helped over 100 families Buy and/or sell their most important investment! Her business is based on more than 80 percent of referrals from satisfied clients. Most important to Rhonda is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.

Clients appreciate her flexibility, patience, low pressure, ability to listen and hear what they want, negotiation and analytic skills, and ability to accurately price and market a home. Rhonda has sold homes in all price ranges – from starter homes to high-dollar luxury homes, Condominiums, renovation investment properties, and new construction from finding the lot and collaborating with the Builder.

In 2020, Rhonda was awarded the Semonin President's Club Award which placed her in the top 10% of 400+ Agents (# 29 in 2020) while also continuing to maintain the Semonin Top Producer Award status.

Before starting her Real Estate Career, Rhonda was the Director of Sales for Six Flags Theme Parks where she led the Sales Teams at the parks in Los Angeles and Atlanta. This gave her an appreciation of the Relocation process that helps her with those Clients to this day. Rhonda grew up in the south end of Louisville (Pleasure Ridge Park), currently lives in Middletown, and has sold homes in every Louisville area, as well as Lexington, Georgetown, Frankfort, and Elizabethtown.
