After nearly 30 years years in the Multi-Family Housing Industry, I joined my sister as an Administrative Assistant. One year into it, I became Licensed but handled behind-the-scenes promotion. Three years and a GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) designation later, I became an Associate Broker.
