Ricardo Ramos

Ricardo collaborates with homebuyers and sellers throughout Logan Heights, San Diego, El Cajon, Rancho San Diego, La Mesa, Chula Vista, Spring Valley, and downtown San Diego to reach their real estate goals. A native of Logan Heights, Ricardo offers insider knowledge, having grown up in the area in a family of five and later attending San Diego State University. While concurrently studying economics at San Diego State University, Ricardo dove into business marketing and managing his family’s pool business while also interning before obtaining his real estate license. Ricardo knew he wanted to be in real estate from an early age. He brings hyper-local expertise. This, coupled with his diligent, personable, reliable, and resourceful personality, brings unique benefits to clients. Being born and raised in the neighborhood, he knows the local schools, the neighborhood pulls factors, the best places to eat, the meaning of a lot of murals in Chicano Park and the history of the neighborhood that only someone raised there knows. It is always exciting to share the benefits of living here as opposed to anywhere else. When not working with buyers and sellers, Ricardo enjoys giving back to others through his work with the Hemophilia Association of San Diego County.
