Rich Galster

Rich has been active in commercial real estate for over 20 years. He began his real estate career as an investor in North Dakota and was actively involved in purchasing and managing a large apartment portfolio as well as residential land and retail development projects.

Since moving to the Phoenix area in 2018, he has represented investors, tenants and landlords, predominantly in the retail and flex/industrial spaces. In the last year he completed over $15 million of sales and lease transactions for clients.

Rich has spent much of his adult life serving on the boards of a variety of foundations, non-profits, church and school organizations. In his free time, Rich enjoys travel, spending time outdoors and tackling nearly any DIY project. He is passionate about helping others and is always ready to serve when needed. His greatest joys are his wife, children and new granddaughter, along with all the family dogs!
