Rich Meadows, originally from Washington D.C., moved to the beach in Delaware and set his sights on helping others fulfill their dreams of homeownership. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Catholic University and a master’s degree in psychology from Gallaudet University. He also enjoys contributing to the community; his volunteer experience includes helping at a local soup kitchen, tutoring at the Rehoboth Beach Boys and Girls Club, and serving as a mentor at a local elementary school.
