Richard Wilder was a successful Real Estate Broker for 18 years while a resident of Massachusetts. He relocated to Florida and became a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate in 2003.Rich is reliable and greatly respects his customers and his clients’ wants and needs. He listens very closely and responds to the needs of his clients. He is not the typical salesperson as he does not try to force anyone into doing anything and always reminds his clients and customers that a purchase or a listing of a property is their decision.
Rich continuously keeps abreast of all the current laws of Florida Real Estate and is readily available for any questions that his clients and their friends and family may have and, if he does not have an answer, he will get one. Rich has achieved his Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, the Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification (CSP), and also holds his Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
