I've known Rich for a several years now and used him as my realtor when buying my first home. Unsure and unfamiliar with the new territory I was headed into, he made sure every question was answered. He was always available and kept me informed at every step. Once I move on to selling, Rich and his team will be the company I use. Everyone I come across looking for a realtor, I can't recommend him enough, 5 stars isn't a high enough rating!!

If we could give 10 stars we would, Rich and his team were incredibly awesome! We initially went for the FSBO and were unsuccessful. Several realtors reached out to us to offer their services, but we didn’t quite feel at home until we met the Search7Cities family. Everyone on the team have great charisma and knowledge of the real estate business. There were no “sharky” feelings in doing business with them. We were fully supported every step of the way in our home selling and communication was top notch! After we had our first meeting, it was only 4 days until our open house weekend. Both Saturday and Sunday were PACKED with people and we accepted an offer Sunday evening! It’s amazing what they put together in such a short time and we ended up selling for over asking price! Couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with, we HIGHLY recommend!

Being literally across the country, I had a lot of reserves about selling my house. Rich and his team took their personal time after hours to help me out since I was 3 hours behind them. I could only imagine how much more accommodating had I been in the area. No beating around the bush or small talk, straight to the point and honest. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work with. Rich and his KW team were always quick to answer questions and relieve any doubt that I had throughout the home selling/buying process. And in this market today, it is a process! Having served with Rich in the military, I knew the tenacity that is just a part of who he is. I first approached him about some advice on what to do with my house after I had moved to another state and managing it became difficult. He told me that he would take care of it and to trust him. He got some information together and set up a Zoom call to go over the details with my wife and me. His professionalism and preparation in the meeting completely set our minds at ease. Even though I was selling a fairly inexpensive starter home he treated us as though we were selling a million dollar property the whole way. Upon selling my house for more than what we listed it for, Rich thanked us for having the opportunity to work his magic and his company even sent us an amazing gift as a congratulations on closing. I absolutely recommend Rich and his team.

I am now a part of the Search7Cities family and will always be, if ever me and my family need them they will always be here for us.MR Richard Zapata and his team are so amazing I decided to sell my family home of thirty years after loosing my husband a year ago it was a very hard decision to make and my anxiety was off the charts! He met with me the very next day after he was recommended to me. He wanted to know what my story was and why i wanted to sell and i told him i needed to sell to try and start a new chapter in my life and needed to move on to another state and was hoping if i gave up my home maybe another young family would bring my home to life again and could make amazing memories of there own. He took the time and showed me he fully understood and was very compassionate and assured me that he had this and to trust in him and i did. He had my home sold in two days and i am now in Florida starting my new beginnings! Rich was nothing short of amazing! My husband is stationed in San Diego and while he was looking for a home for us there, I stayed in Virginia to sell our home. Having to deal with the home selling process and moving our family across the country by myself was extremely intimidating. Rich made the process incredibly simple and constantly assured me that I had nothing to worry about. He was great at communicating deadlines and informing me of what needed to be done next, this resulted in no time being wasted at all. He was very knowledgeable about what would make our home sell fast and what we needed to fix. The best part was, the kids and I were able to fly out to San Diego a week before closing.
