He’s very Knowledgeable and always there for us. With Richard helps, we had a very smooth transition from selling our home to buying a bigger one. Richard worked extremely hard and always there for us throughout the buying and selling process. We learned a lot from him. He’s very professional, very patient and always listened to what we had to say. We did get a great deals on both homes and were very pleased.

finally an honest agent. in an industry full of rattlesnakes and coyotes Rich is an honest agent, there is a lot I could go into but I believe the opening said it. I would recommend him to anyone trying to sell their home, integrity is a bit like common sense these days, so rare it almost qualifies as a super power.

This was our first time buying a home and from the beginning Richard was wonderful. We happened upon him at an open house and he wasn’t pushy. He was informative and reliable throughout the whole process. He was available whenever we needed him and showed us every house that we wanted to see. Once we decided on a home he worked quickly and efficiently behind the scenes and made it so easy for us to purchase our first home. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn and a lot of questions to ask! We didn’t just want to purchase a house, we wanted to learn about the pros and cons of various features in order to make an informed decision for our growing family. After meeting a few realtors, we were introduced to Richard. Previous realtors presented as fast talking sales people. One of the first things that stood out to us about Richard was his calm conversational tone and willingness to always take the time to answer questions. Never once did he make us feel like our first time home buyer questions were ridiculous or repetitive. He did not just find us a house to buy, he helped us learn about house buying. We will always remember how willing he was to walk us through, page by page, a huge contract, even though it took over three hours! Despite it having been over a month since we have moved in, he continues to check in on us and the house to ensure the process continues to be smooth for us. We are so thankful we met Richard and loved his teacher-like approach to helping us buy a home. Richard even impressed the agent on the seller side; the seller's agent told me Richard was one of the best relators he has ever worked with--that is a true testament to Richard--making a positive impact on everyone he works with!

We first met Richard at an open house in our neighborhood, and quickly felt at ease talking with him. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He was also patient with our rambunctious children as we looked at a few houses together after that :) Though we didn't end up working with Richard on purchasing a home, we always appreciated his quick and clear communication and helpfulness. I met Richard as a first time home buyer with absolutely zero knowledge on buying a house. I contacted Richard and explained my financial situation and what I was looking for in a house, and by the next day he was off to the races. He found me a very competent financial guy, started looking at houses immediately, and when it came down to negotiations he was patient when explaining what I should be looking for, how to approach negotiations and he explained his negotiation tactics and confirmed them before proceeding. Throughout my buying process I always felt informed, I felt confident and comfortable, and I attribute that to Richard and his dedication to providing service that fits the buyer. I will recommend him to any of my friends that want to buy because I am confident that he will be able to provide the service that they will need to enjoy the buying or selling process. Richard was very thorough when looking over the house, and he actually caught a few things that I was able to get the seller to fix, and I was able to get the max amount of credits towards a new roof! Great service, reliable, always available and always looking out for me. 10/10!!

Richard did a great job during the home search. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Never once did he give us the feel that he was after his percentage. I don’t plan on needing Richard again because he quickly found us what we were hoping for, but I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
