Richard Beckman Reality Group was a pleasure working with the entire crew when I sold my Mother's house. Every time I called everyone always had a positive attitude. The entire crew made me feel like I was a part of their group. I especially want to point out Joey Trisha. They both were always upbeat and had positive demeaners; plus -- if they didn't have the answer to my question(s) they knew who I needed to talk to. Richard was also easy to talk to and even though he has a hectic schedule he always made sure to give me the time I needed to address my questions. Richard Beckman Reality is definitely who I will use for any future reality sale needs I may need.

There are a lot of great realtors in Mason County, and I was unsure who to hire to help me sell a home that was in need of repairs. Richard Beckman was incredible to work with. This Realty Group goes the full extra mile for both the seller and buyer. Very attention oriented and really willing ask you as a seller what you are looking for in selling your home. As a buyer all my considerations were taken into account when showing me a potential home. My experience as both a seller and buyer were beyond my expectations. I think the best thing about working with Richard Beckman Realty Group is the attitude. He returns calls, meets deadline and keeps us informed on the market and what to expect.
We have bought rental houses from him over the years and have been happy with all of them. Richard shows us the house, gives us his thoughts on the project then steps back and lets us decide what is best for us.
Recently we moved out of the state of Washington to Texas. Richard put a real effort into helping us sell our dream home. He brought in specialist at his own expense, let us know all the comments, good and bad, and how we could make the home more sellable. We had to leave our home while it was still in the process of being sold. Richard again stepped in to help. He made sure the buyers where happy and the sale continued to go smoothly.
We are not only delighted with the sale we are pleased that the buyers found a home they could love as much as we did.

I can not say enough about Beckman Realty. They are all of the above! I had to sell my house from out of state and Richard Beckman oversaw all aspects. Getting the house up to code, inspections, even the lawn maintenance. He was so organized, I would receive emails with all the timelines of the different things that needed to and where to take place. He was there every time I called or emailed. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Emily Kuchnsky from the Richard Beckman Realty Group, LLC during the long process of looking for and purchasing our first home. We both felt very comfortable with Emily because she took care to explain each step and made sure that if we had questions she would have the answers or find them quickly. Even though Emily is a part-time agent with the Richard Beckman Realty Group she went above and beyond to be available to us. A memorable moment on one of our trips to see some houses: we got a flat tire! Luckily, due to Emily’s preparedness and our working with her, we were back on the road in 15 minutes.
When we finally decided on a house to make an offer Emily was prompt with the forms we needed to sign. We loved working with the e-signature system. It allowed my husband to sign things even when he was at work!

We worked with Kim while looking for a place for my family to stay for an upcoming wedding, she met with us on short notice to show us houses on Mason Lake. We put a deposit on a house and then got news that a family friend was going to let us use their house instead! We contacted Kim to let her know that we will not be needing the house after all. She responded promptly as always and has started the refund of the deposit for us.

My husband Paul and me had made an offer on a home with our realtor Steve Smith, only for the seller to rescind on the sale a few weeks from closing, we were devastated. We had boxes packed and refused to unpack so we started searching again with Steve's help. We ended up putting an offer on the house right next door to the one we had lost. The realtor and owner was Gayle Ashby, who from the very beginning was very patient as we planned to go with a VA loan. Steve had explained our frustrations and disappointments with Gayle about the house we had lost, so there was an immediate understanding of our dream to purchase our first home together as a newly married couple starting over in our 50's. We felt that every little hurdle in the process was dealt with in a timely manner with open communication and a true willingness to make this house happen for us. I have never rented from this company but my son did. He was right on the edge of eligibility, but after an interview they rented him the house he wanted and was very happy with the property and the location. Tragically after a few months into his lease he passed away. The entire staff has been wonderful and compassionate through the entire process and so easy for us to work with. Based on my experience I can only say Thank You and repay their kindness by letting others know how great they have been to work with.
