Richard Berland

Born and raised on the East Coast, Rich moved to San Diego in 1991. Rich’s background has been in the Securities Industry with a series 7 and 24 license. As a Securities adviser, he was instrumental in bringing several companies public.

He owned and operated restaurants, bars and nightclubs in New York, New Jersey and San Diego including Burger King, Check E. Cheese and Cabo Cabo, among several others. After a restaurant venture in New Jersey, Rich moved back to San Diego in 2010 to pursue his love of real estate and experience in the residential field.

Richard love jogging down the streets of downtown San Diego or surfing with his Surf Dog “Gino” in Coronado.
