Richard Bradway

Richard Bradway, a familiar and trusted name in real estate for over 37 years, co-owned Bradway, Moore & Associates, Inc., a real estate firm synonymous with south Sarasota County real estate. The company was sold after 25 award winning years and, after working with a national company for eight years, Richard again opened his own firm in 2004. During these years Richard’s interest developed in the commercial real estate arena, gaining a reputation for commercial sales and leasing expertise Sarasota and Charlotte Counties.

Though his firm, Richard Bradway & Associates, earned a highly respected reputation for both residential and commercial sales, Richard knew the company lacked the global reach needed in today’s market. In 2009, his company merged with Signature Sotheby’s International Realty, offering not only the services and distinction synonymous with the name “Sotheby’s”, but also providing the area expertise, knowledge and handshake integrity for which Richard Bradway is known.
