Rick thank you so much for your help in finding my new home! Being in the military we don’t always control our lives and during this COVID-19 crisis my move date was changed twice making things even more restrictive than they usually are but despite all the challenges, you made this process so easy. When I first started searching for my home every other realtor I spoke to said that it would be impossible to find what I was looking for and not only did you find what I was looking for you went above and beyond and helped me to find what I didn’t know I was looking for. After the sale was complete you did not stop assisting me helping me with everything from finding someone to take care of my lawn until I get there, to giving me the phone numbers for the utility companies, and even getting my gas and water meter readings. You made sure this purchase was about me and not a commission. You were thorough, professional, and responsive. You quickly earned my trust and made me feel like I had a friend in Nebraska already. The military is a close-knit community and I will definitely recommend you to everyone who tells me that they are looking to buy or sell a home. Again, Rick I cannot thank you enough for all of your help and hard work.
