Richard Caruana

A Brooklyn native, Richard Caruana and his family settled in the Dongan Hills area of Staten Island in 1962. For over five decades Rich has called Staten Island home, where he now resides in Sunnyside. Rich considers himself an expert with the borough and its surrounding areas, knowing where the local gems are in particular neighborhoods of Staten Island.
Rich has an accounting degree from St John’s University that led him to hold senior positions with top tier investment banks and alternative investment firms throughout his career. In recent years, Rich has capitalized on his extensive network accumulated in the financial services industry by introducing prospective investors to hedge fund managers and assisted with business development for an outsourced technology firm. His combined communication skills, time management as well as negotiation skills will certainly assist in a smooth real estate transaction with the best deal for his clients.
Rich was a season ticket holder to the NY Rangers for many years and closely watches the NY Yankees. He is also an avid golfer and scuba diver and looks forward to his annual trips to the Caribbean as he is a certified Divemaster with PADI.
