Richard Colton is a great realtor. We have been working with him for a couple of years, trying to find a property that meets our (long) list of requirements. His goal was not to sell us a house, but to help find us the right house. Rich’s many years of experience has made him very knowledgeable of the local housing market, including rural properties with large amounts of acreage. Rich is polite, honest, and truly has his client’s best interests at heart.
