My wife Sandy and I are life long residents of the Lincoln Way Area. Sandy grew up in Frankfort and I grew up in New Lenox. We have three kids and all five of us have been very active in the community through schools, church and sports. We chose to raise our family in the Lincoln Way area because both grew up here and thought it was a great place to raise a family. We have great schools, awesome park districts and a safe community. After studying Business and Economics at Northern Illinois University I decided to take Real Estate classes. I became licensed in 1988 and by 1989 I was the top salesmen at the local century 21. By 1990 I moved to the local ReMax, for ten years I lead that office and the entire Lincoln Way area in sales. In 2000 I started my own Realty Executive company and in no time we were the top selling office in the Lincoln way area. In 2010 I dropped the franchise name and rebranded as CRIS Realty. With CRIS Realty we were able to spend more on marketing our properties as opposed to marketing a national company. In 2017 we opened our second CRIS Realty branch in Frankfort and we continue to be a respected leader in the Lincoln Way Area.
