About Richard
Richard Cunningham has an innate ability to determine when opportunities are the right thing for him and when they are not. After high school, academics exhausted him. He had made excellent grades, taken honors classes, and been involved in social and scholastic clubs. Everyone was in a hurry to get to college; however, Richard had a scholarship all lined up and was going to go into healthcare. After he graduated high school, he turned the scholarship down.
Later, Richard made his way back to school, this time studying accounting, and found a wonderful and diverse community. Since he was older than the other students, they looked up to him, and he looked out for them. He joined a business fraternity, later becoming president along the way and created a network of friends and colleagues that he is still close with to this day and considers his extended family!
Richard sees his clients in the same way. To him, clients are like friends and family. He treats them the same way he would treat an uncle or cousin. He only wants the absolute best for them and has formed lifelong connections! He is looking forward to having the opportunity to build that same bond with his clients!
Being a real estate agent is more than a career to Richard… it is a lifestyle. Unlike a normal 9-5 job, he carries work with him. It is not something he has to do; it is something he gets to do. He can become an important part of peoples’ lives. He has dinner with his clients, and he gets to know their family.
It is important to Richard to look out for his clients. He understands the process and is committed to making it easy and providing vendors for any need. Within The Cunningham Group, he invests in training and educating his team well so they can educate the families and individuals they are helping.
