A Los Angeles resident for over thirty years, Rick Draughon (pronounced "Drawn") is your neighborhood specialist. From renting in West Hollywood, to his first home purchase in Sherman Oaks, to his current home in Silver Lake (where his son attended Ivanhoe Elementary), Rick knows LA. As a two-time Emmy and Writers Guild of America Award winning writer, he also understands the entertainment industry.
