Ricky and Abby showed up when we were trying FSBO and after going through a stressful experience with another realtor for over 2 months on the market and barely any movement and interest showed.
They saw the value in our house and got us more than we were going to get if we sold on our own.
They were super patient, attentive, caring and detailed.
We signed the exclusivity agreement on Friday evening and by the end of day Tuesday, we had 2 offers on our house! Transaction and paperwork went smooth and they definitely showed off the expertise and knowledge.
I'll recommend them any day to anyone who needs the RIGHT agent. You will not regret it! They will look out for your best interest.

There is no one more professional and hard working that Ricky. If he doesn’t know the answer (which is rare) he will not hesitate to find out for you. He is very connected to the community and will reach out to local experts to gain their insight as well (for example, mortgage lender, home inspection, landscaper, brick work, AC, etc). Ivy helped with my last home loan and was absolutely phenomenal to work with. I decided to use Ricky for the sale of my current home. I’ve bought twice, sold once and Ricky is by far more professional, easy to work with, organized and helpful than the others.
I told him I was ready to sell within 18 months and he did a walk through with me on day one. He gave me advice on what to change from curtains to paint. Also has been honest with repairs and upgrades that were necessary or wouldn’t give me as much return. Any upgrade or repair needed, he knows a contractor. Those referrals have been helpful also.
Ricky got the best price for my home because of his knowledge of staging and the market. I can’t wait to buy my next home with him.
If you’re on the fence about listing or buying with Ricky, you won’t be disappointed.
