4 years ago we utilized his services to purchase the home and earlier this month we sold our house with him (march 2023). We moved out of state prior to placing house on market, and Richard was there for us literally every step of the way providing advice. He made the entire experience a turnkey for us.

Richard was very helpful and was able to get us in to see homes quickly because we had limited time in town. He was very responsive throughout the entire process, accessible via email, calls and text. He also helped us out with a delivery that came early and with getting us our keys since we were purchasing/ closing from out of state.

Richard was great! He was SO responsive and didn’t waste any time getting us in to view houses. He was patient with us while we struggled to make decisions and asked a million questions. My husband and I were first time home-buyers and had absolutely no idea what we were doing. We were referred to Richard by a friend and we are SO happy we were! He was so professional, easy to contact and quick to respond, attentive, and always available to show houses. He made the entire home-buying experience seamless and took care of everything for us! Everyone had always told us buying a house is so stressful... but clearly they didn’t have Richard Fletcher as their realtor because with him, there is literally no stress involved! He listens to exactly what you want, respects your budget, and doesn’t show you houses that you can’t afford. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone! :)
