About me; I began my real estate career immediately after completing my college studies. I graduated from Bernard M. Baruch School of business with a B.B.A degree in Business Management. I chose to study at Baruch because of its excellence and leadership in business education. My real estate journey began in 2004. By 2006 I sold 7 Million in aggregate volume allowing me to earn the firms Rookie of the year award. During the third quarter of 2007, I earned the top producer award. I am now part of the well known industry leader “ERA Infinity Properties”. We are located in the prestigious Las Olas Boulevard section of Fort Lauderdale, FL. I bring investment experience of all forms; from marketing, purchase representation, selling representation, and investment portfolio consultation.
So what does Richard like to do when he's not working ?
I'm an avid gymnast, I enjoy weight lifting, running, yoga, and anything associated with health and body. When I get around to it, I occasionally pack my bags and jump on a plane. I do like getting new stamps on my passport when I get around to it.
