Richard Gardner

Richard Gardner is the Owner and Managing Broker for Coastal Real Estate. He has been affiliated with the company since 1990 and has been in real estate sales since 1988.

A native of the Central Coast, Gardner attended local schools, graduating from Morro Bay High School and receiving a degree in business from Cuesta College. He grew up in the restaurant business and co-owned and operated Rose’s Landing in Morro Bay for over 20 years, before entering the real estate field.

In his off time, Gardner loves to golf, fish and go boating and is an active promoter of charitable events for many causes in our area. He coached the Morro Bay High School Golf Team for 8 years. He resides in Los Osos with his wife Janice and their two sons, Brian and Kyle.

His extensive background in management with an emphasis in marketing, public relations, sales and service, equip Gardner with the tools necessary to provide the quality of service you can count on from Coastal Real Estate.
